Helen: she aslo has an appointment with a doctor for her carpel tunnel

Helen: I called him and told him what was going on. Hopefully he won’t be drinking too much and have a migraine tomorrow.
Helen: Maybe actually haivng him not there might be less stressful

Helen: any ways I am going to bed early so I can make it through tomorrow and this night. With nicole still feeling yucky it might be a long night
